Helpdesk


The helpdesk service is preferably provided by email. If you need to visit this service, please make an appointment by email.

Skills and Competencies

  • Designing, developing, maintaining and coordinating all own information systems or those in liaison with other University and external bodies;
  • Providing FPCEUC members with the computer resources necessary to carry out their activities, namely in the fields of teaching, research, management and university extension activities, and the correct functioning of the installed applications, updating them and ensuring the maintenance of the central support systems and equipment;
  • Ensuring the proper functioning of its own equipment, through in-house repairs or by contracting services and regular updating or replacement whenever justified;
  • Operating and maintaining the appropriate technical infrastructure to operate the applications and services that support the management and operation of FPCEUC:
  • Drawing up studies and issuing opinions, through its technical manager, on all matters within its remit;
  • Ensuring the necessary support for the appropriate use of existing resources, whether owned by or common to the UC;
