Cláudia Cavadas is group leader of the Center of Neurosciences and Cell Biology (CNC), University of Coimbra, Associate professor at the Faculty of Pharmacy, and member of the board of AMONET - Portuguese Association of Women Scientists. Cláudia Cavadas is the Former Vice-Rector for Research and Director of the Institute for Interdisciplinary Research of the University of Coimbra (iiiUC). She was responsible for the coordination and scientific guidance of the whole team, and for ensuring the strategic implementation of structural change measures in collaboration with the R&D Units.
Jorge Noro is the iiiUC focal point for the SUPERA project and will be responsible for coordinating the team in articulation with the R&D Units; and the SUPERA project.
José Augusto is responsible for the scientific guidance of the entire team to support the PI or replace her if necessary.
Pâmela Aguiar is responsible for managing the work plan for the GendER@UC EEA Grants project, ensuring that its activities are carried out. She is the point of contact for the promotion of gender equality in UC research (such as conferences, workshops, and training), with those responsible for science management for the self-diagnosis of the R&D Units, drafting materials for gender mainstreaming in research and science management, and support for the project's communication activities.
Clara Barata is responsible for the mentoring and bootcamp execution tasks, design and implementation of ERC@UC e MarieCurie@UC, workshops, conferences and other activities
Natacha Leite is responsible for the mentoring and bootcamp execution tasks, design and implementation of ERC@UC e MarieCurie@UC, workshops, conferences and other activities
Ana Carvalho is coordinator of the Postdoc@UC initiative. Ana Carvalho will be responsible for the execution and evaluation of the communication plan.
Luís Dias is the focal point for the SUPERA project at FEUC. His research covers multi-criteria decision analysis, group negotiation and decision making, and sustainability assessment. Luís Dias will be responsible for monitoring the expected results and their sustainability.
ProAction Lab is a lab with an aggressive policy of inclusive recruitment. Jorge Almeida will be the point of contact for the ERC@UC and MarieCurie@UC initiatives.
CIBB is made up of more than 400 researchers. Luís Almeida will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the proposed activities in CIBB, with the center acting as the first pilot.
Centros de Estudos Sociais (CES)
Mónica Lopes, recently co-coordinated the evaluation study of the pilot project "Engineers for a day"; and integrated the EEA Grants Local Gender Equality project, among others.
Mónica Lopes will be responsible for the content and implementation of the workshops and training, as well as for the technical and scientific review of the remaining activities.
