GendER @ UC intends to promote gender equality in scientific research, either in terms of process management and research career, removing barriers and encouraging balanced participation of male and female researchers in teams, resource management, and decision making, or by promoting more inclusive, representative and socially relevant knowledge. By promoting the integration of the gender perspective in teams, processes and content of scientific research at the University of Coimbra, GendER @ UC will increase the quality and usefulness of the final scientific results, and its impact on society.
