Master in Teaching of Physics and Chemistry

The Master's Degree in Physics and Chemistry Teaching (MEFQ) aims to provide professional training for teaching Physics and Chemistry in the 3rd cycle of Basic Education and in Secondary Education, developing in future teachers scientific-pedagogical skills based on a transversal perspective that fits into a variety of teaching contexts.

Previously acquired scientific knowledge is leveraged into simple but scientifically correct language skills, consistent with the current guidelines for primary and secondary education in physics and chemistry. The training is centered on different practical teaching perspectives and will provide a set of pedagogical differentiation tools that will be the basis for building the identity of the future teacher's teaching profession. The master's students are encouraged to be alert to the social, scientific and technological challenges of a changing world and to develop a perspective of equality, diversity and inclusion for all their future school students.

I'm 25 years old, I've already worked for a year and here I am on another adventure. It's a very special adventure for me, as I've always dreamed of becoming a Physics and Chemistry teacher. The MEFQ is very appealing and dynamic, having been designed to explore each of the crucial aspects of training future Physics and Chemistry teachers. So far, I can assure you that I am having a very enriching experience, always surrounded by teachers who have an enormous desire to teach.
