As part of the Sky Campus programme, the University of Coimbra (UC) is promoting a series of free workshops aimed at preventing stress, anxiety, frustration, impatience and burnout, in order to contribute to the well-being of the academic community.

"Sky Breath Break" is already up and running and is aimed at students, teachers and non-teaching staff, with weekly 45-minute workshops offering moments of social connection and breathing techniques, providing a 'Relax & Recover' moment in a fun and interactive way. The sessions take place every Thursday at UC "Rómulo - Centro de Ciência Viva", from 6.15pm to 7pm ( all info here).

Every Monday from 12:30 to 1:15 p.m., UC faculty and staff are invited to attend Sky Wellness, a weekly workshop designed to develop essential soft skills to improve well-being and effective communication ( all info here).

The Sky Campus programme is an international initiative, implemented at UC by the ON BOARD project, which aims to help members of the UC community manage factors that can make living on campus more challenging, such as stress and anxiety.
