Geologia de Campo III

A set of activities took place from the 5th to the 8th of April in the region of S. Pedro de Moel – Nazaré within the scope of the Field Geology III discipline of the degree in Geology. Taking advantage of the excellent outcrop conditions and the diversity of geological attributes existing here, the students had the opportunity to carry out a series of observations, interpretations and geological cartography exercises, having developed a series of skills in the fields of petrography, stratigraphy, tectonics, georesources and geological risk analysis. This activity, coordinated by professors Luís Vítor Duarte and Pedro Proença Cunha, had the support of the Municipality of Marinha Grande.
