Previous academic background: Graduate in History from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (2007). Specialization in Higher Education Teaching (2010). Acting professional in Higher Education of Gastronomy since 2008 at the Faculty of Guararapes, University Potiguar, and currently at the Superior School of Education in Coimbra. Master’s degree in Food: Sources, Cultures and Identities from FLUC (2019), with research work on the higher education of gastronomy.

Areas of interest: culture and identity, gastronomy teaching.
