DIAITA: Lusophony Food Heritage will organize its VII Colóquio DIAITA Luso-Brasileiro de História e Cultura da Alimentação with the theme "What eats the city? How does the city eat?, which will happen in the Federal University of Minas Gerais and in the Central Market, in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil, from 20 to 22 of October of 2021.
On November 5, 2020, we will hold the DIAITA-2020-Virtual COLLOQUIUM on a networked workshop of several Universities, with the presentation of its Program in the coming days. STAY TUNED.
ATTENTION: the DIAITA 2020-VIRTUAL COLLOQUIUM does not replace the VII DIAITA COLLOQUIUM, postponed due to the uncertainties caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. It aims to mark the periodicity and stimulate participation in the 2021 COLLOQUIUM.
