(President: by virtue of their functions, they are the Scientific Coordinator of the R&D Unit; Elected Coordination; Responsible Researchers (RR) of each Secondary Project)

• defining the unit's general strategies;
• proposing General and Secondary Project activities;
• proposing members for the External Scientific Commission and the Advisory Board;
• implementing activities approved by the Scientific Council;
• providing feedback on the progress and final reports (financial and scientific) of the projects;
