Operation "Violet Beauregarde" 2023!
Helena Castro and Sílvia Castro were yesterday in Estação Agrária de Viseu for the experimental start of "Violet Beauregarde" Operation 2023 of the Poll4Berry project led by Helena Castro.
Despite the very cold, yesterday the first crossings between the most precocious blueberry varieties took place. With the exception of 2 bumblebees, the remaining pollinators stayed warm in their nests!
