New publication! Genome duplications

It was published in the journal Frontiers in Plant Science the most recent article of FLOWer Lab: "Impact of genome duplications in drought tolerance and distribution of the diploid-tetraploid Jasione maritima".
In this paper led by Helena Castro, we assessed whether individuals with distinct ploidy levels of Jasione maritima (diploids, tetraploids and neotetraploids), differed in tolerance to water stress, and if this could contribute to explain the distribution patterns of cytotypes of this species along the northwestern Iberian Peninsula.
