Candidatura ao abrigo do estatuto de estudante em situação de emergência por razões humanitárias nos termos do artigo 3.º do Decreto-Lei n.º 24-B/2022, de 11 de março – Mestrado Integrado em Medicina: 22 a 28 de agosto | Application under the student statute of emergency situation due to humanitarian reasons under article 3 of Decree-Law no. 24-B/2022, of 11 March – Integrated Master's Degree in Medicine: 22nd - 28th August

Com vista ao cumprimento da legislação sobre esta matéria, o Conselho de Escolas Médicas Portuguesas (CEMP) torna pública a candidatura ao Mestrado Integrado em Medicina ao abrigo do estatuto de estudante em situação de emergência por razões humanitárias nos termos do artigo 3.º do Decreto-Lei n.º 24-B/2022, de 11 de março, nos termos do procedimento aprovado na sua reunião de 27 de julho de 2022, e homologado  pela Senhora Ministra da Ciência, Tecnologia e Ensino Superior, Professora Doutora Elvira Fortunato, em 12 de agosto de 2022.

Assim, informa-se que as candidaturas deverão ser apresentadas entre as 00:00h do dia 22 e as 23:59h do dia 28 de agosto, no ponto único do CEMP – e-mail ukrainerefugees.cemp@icbas.up.pt*.

Mais se informa que o presente procedimento é considerado urgente, seguindo as regras e prazos nele contidos.

No formulário de candidatura, além da informação pessoal e académica, deverá ser obrigatoriamente indicada a ordem de preferência de todas as EMP, não podendo esta informação ser prestada parcialmente (isto é, os candidatos terão obrigatoriamente que indicar a ordem de preferência para as 8 EMP).

Só serão consideradas as candidaturas devidamente instruídas com:

- o formulário devidamente preenchido e assinado – OBRIGATÓRIO;

- o certificado de concessão de autorização de residência ao abrigo do regime proteção temporária – OBRIGATÓRIO (NOTA: não são válidos os comprovativos dos pedidos, mas apenas os comprovativos da atribuição);

- a declaração sob compromisso de honra, devidamente preenchida e assinada – OBRIGATÓRIO;

- a declaração de consentimento, devidamente preenchida e assinada – OBRIGATÓRIO;

- o comprovativo de obtenção ou de inscrição em curso de português de nível A2 (caso, à data da candidatura, o estudante ainda não se tenha inscrito numa formação do nível exigido, poderá faze-lo durante o período da análise e avaliação para colocação em ano curricular; no entanto, a matrícula na EMP só se poderá concretizar caso o candidato tenha nessa altura na sua posse o comprovativo de inscrição);

- os documentos comprovativos da formação previamente realizada (quando aplicável).

Os candidatos aceites nesta fase de candidatura serão colocados no 1.º semestre do ano letivo 2022/2023.

A não admissão na presente candidatura não impede a apresentação de nova candidatura nos termos indicados no procedimento aprovado.

In order to comply with the legislation on this matter, the Portuguese Medical Schools Council (CEMP) makes public the application for the Integrated Master's Degree in Medicine under the student statute of emergency situation due to humanitarian reasons under article 3 of Decree-Law No. 24-B/2022, of 11 March, under the terms of the procedure approved at its meeting of July 27, 2022, and homologated by the Minister of Science, Technology and Higher Education, Professor Elvira Fortunato, on August 12, 2022.

Thus, it is informed that the applications must be submitted between 00:00h on the 22nd and 23:59h on the 28th of August, at the CEMP's single point – e-mail ukrainerefugees.cemp@icbas.up.pt*.

Please note that this procedure is considered urgent, following the rules and deadlines contained therein.

In the application form, in addition to the personal and academic information, the order of preference for all the Portuguese Medical Schools (EMP) must be indicated, and this information cannot be partially provided (i.e., the candidates must indicate the order of preference for all 8 EMP's).

Only applications duly instructed with the following will be considered:

- the form duly completed and signed – MANDATORY;

- the certificate of issue of residence permit under the temporary protection regime – MANDATORY (NOTE: the statement attesting the application for temporary protection is not valid, only the certificate);

- the sworn statement, duly completed and signed - MANDATORY;

- the declaration of consent, duly completed and signed – MANDATORY;

- the proof of having obtained or of having enroled in a Portuguese language course of level A2 (if, at the date of application, the student has not yet enroled in a training course of the required level, he/she may do so during the period of analysis and evaluation for placement in a curricular year; however, the enrolment in the EMP can only take place if the candidate has, at that moment, in his/her possession the proof of enrolment);   - the supporting documents of the training previously carried out (when applicable);

- the supporting documents of the training previously carried out (when applicable).

The candidates accepted in this application phase will be placed in the 1st semester of the academic year 2022/2023.

Non-admission to this application does not prevent the submission of a new application under the terms indicated in the approved procedure.

RESULTADOS PROCEDIMENTO DE CANDIDATURA | APPLICATION PROCEDURE RESULTS

No âmbito da candidatura ao Mestrado Integrado em Medicina, que decorreu entre os dias 22 e 28 de agosto, notificam-se os resultados das listas de candidatos admitidos/ colocados e não admitidos/ excluídos nas Escolas Médicas Portuguesas (por ordem alfabética), podendo também ser consultados pessoalmente nas Escolas Médicas Portuguesas, mediante pedido de agendamento prévio através do e-mail ukrainerefugees.cemp@icbas.up.pt.
Os candidatos admitidos e colocados no sobredito procedimento serão contactados, para o endereço eletrónico disponibilizado no formulário de candidatura, pela Escola Médica Portuguesa em que ficaram colocados com informações sobre o processo de inscrição e creditação da formação anterior.
Cada Escola Médica Portuguesa procederá à verificação de todas as informações e documentos apresentados no âmbito da candidatura, não só no âmbito administrativo, como na fase de entrevista, ou posteriormente.
A prestação de falsas declarações implica a suspensão/ anulação da colocação na Escola Médica Portuguesa atribuída, não sendo reconhecida qualquer formação realizada naquela instituição e aplicado o disposto no Regulamento Disciplinar dos estudantes da EMP quanto a situações de fraude no acesso ao ensino superior e demais consequências legais.


Within the scope of the application for the Integrated Master's Degree in Medicine, that took place between the 22nd and the 28th of August, we hereby notify the results of the lists of admitted/ placed candidates and not admitted/ excluded candidates in the Portuguese Medical Schools (in alphabetical order), that can also be consulted in person at the Portuguese Medical Schools, through prior appointment request via email ukrainerefugees.cemp@icbas.up.pt.
Candidates admitted and placed in the aforementioned procedure will be contacted, at the email address provided in the application form, by the Portuguese Medical School in which they were placed with information about the registration process and accreditation of previous medical education.
Each Portuguese Medical School will verify all information and documents submitted in the application, not only in the administrative scope, but also during the interview phase, or later at any moment.
The provision of false statements implies the suspension/ cancelation in the Portuguese Medical School that has been assigned; any training carried out in this institution will not be recognized and the provisions of the Student’s Disciplinary Regulations of the Portuguese Medical Schools regarding situations of fraud in access to higher education and other legal consequences will apply.
