New member! Madalena Almeida
Since the beginning of 2023 FLOWer Lab has welcomed several new members! Over the next few weeks we will introduce you to the new faces of the group!
Today, we bring you Madalena Almeida, 3rd year student of the Degree in Biology of the Department of Life Sciences of the University of Coimbra, who joined the group as part of the Project in Applied Biology II.
Madalena will be involved in the study of the reproductive biology and of pollinators in Brave Apple of Esmolfe, and in the determination of photosynthetic pigments in blueberry individuals exposed to different drought regimes, in the scope of the Poll4Berry project (codename: Operation "Violet Beauregarde" 2023) led by Helena Castro.
