The Social Services of the University of Coimbra (SASUC) — in collaboration with the Integration and Counselling Unit (NIA) — is launching another edition of UC Skills. These free training courses, conducted in Portuguese and online, are aimed at all UC students.

Each webinar focuses on a specific topic and is designed to help students develop psycho-pedagogical and communication skills and practice strategies to improve their study and academic performance.

The first online session on 'Time Management' will take place on 10 April, followed by 'Study Methods' on 11 April, 'Oral Presentations' on 17 April and 'Managing Stress and Anxiety' on 18 April. All webinars will take place at 18:00.

Registration is open until 8 April.

Faculties, student groups or other structures of the University of Coimbra interested in organising sessions for one or more UC Skills modules are invited to submit a request to gabadmin@sas.uc.pt.
