International Congress on Corporate Sustainability, Human Rights and the Environment to be held on 27 October

The international congress "Corporate Sustainability, Human Rights, and the Environment: before and beyond the announced directive on duty of Due diligence in terms of sustainability" , organised by the Legal Institute of the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, brings together national and international experts and professionals.

The proposed directive will have an impact on the organisation of companies and their production chains, as it lays down requirements to identify and mitigate the impacts of business operations on human rights, labour and environmental issues.

The call for papers is open until the 13th of October.
