Aggregation Examination in Social Sciences - Global Studies

On 28th January, researcher João Caetano successfully completed his aggregation examination in the scientific field of Social Sciences, sub-field of Global Studies at the Open University of Portugal (Universidade Aberta de Portugal).

The examination panel was chaired by the Rector of the Open University, Dr Carla Maria Bispo Padrel de Oliveira, and comprised distinguished academics of recognised merit from both national and international universities.

This milestone reflects his significant contribution to the advancement of knowledge in the field of Global Studies.

The Research Group on Societies and Environmental Sustainability at the Centre for Functional Ecology - Science for People & the Planet, Associate Laboratory TERRA of the University of Coimbra and its Extension at the Open University of Portugal warmly congratulates researcher João Caetano and wishes him every success in this important academic achievement.
