The Vencer o Adamastor award, in the amount of €20,000, rewards innovative work by young scientists (younger than 40 years old), developed in Portugal, in the fields of electrical engineering, computing and related areas, which shows not only scientific excellence, but also the potential for developments that will benefit society.
