Teamwork - Leadership and management (people, projects, meetings, conflicts)

We work as a team at university, in business (and sometimes even as a family) and everyone complains about the same challenges:

• "We waste so much time in meetings".
• "We are inefficient."
• "Everyone is in conflict."
• "We need someone who knows how to be in charge".
• "The problem is communication" (...)

In this workshop we will discuss these and other topics.

Course duration

• 4 hours class;
• 2 hours autonomous work (reading, exercises, videos, among others).
