What is most difficult in teamwork? Managing people? Setting boundaries? Listening? Resolving conflicts? Some people say that problems in relationships are due to problems in communication. But we are all so different! How can we improve? In this workshop we will explore strategies that work (and that don't).

Course duration

  • 4h in class;
  • 2h of autonomous work (with suggestions of exercises, readings, videos, among others).

    • Note: This class will only open after class 1 is filled and with a minimum of 8 registrants reached.

Deadline for registration is 13th February 2022. Results will be announced on 15th February 2022.
