GendER@UC: Guidelines on Gender Dimension in Research
The document "Guidelines on Gender Dimension in Research - Horizon Europe Funds" outlines the requirements that should guide proposals for funding.
The GendER@UC EEAGrants project, of the Institute for Interdisciplinary Research of the University of Coimbra (iiiUC), has just released a document with guidelines on how to include the gender dimension for proposals to be funded by Horizon Europe (HE).
The document Guidelines on Gender Dimension in Research - Horizon Europe Funds describes in a clear and detailed way the requirements that should support proposals for funding, among which: the need for a Gender Equality Plan (GEP) in the institution where the project will be developed; address gender as a research requirement (in methodology, data analysis, research questions); and present gender balance in the research teams.
The collaboration between the Supera Project, of the Centre for Social Studies (CES), and the GendER@UC initiative, has led to the production of a VIDEO which summarises the guidelines issued by the European Commission.
