Coimbra Alumni Day will be celebrated next Tuesday, the 4th of April at 2 p.m., at Casa da Lusofonia (International Student Lounge), located at the UC Campus I.
The event is organised by the University of Coimbra, Coimbra Students’ Union (Associação Académica de Coimbra - AAC), and the UC Alumni Association in Coimbra. The programme includes the opening speeches by the Vice-Rector of the UC for External Relations and Alumni, João Nuno Calvão da Silva, the President of AAC General Board, João Caseiro, and the President of the Coimbra Alumni Association, Jorge Castilho, followed by a tribute concert to Luiz Goes.
The closing remarks will be delivered by the President of the AAC Fado Section, João Sousa, the Vice-President of AAC General Board, Renato Daniel, and the Vice-Rector of the University for Culture, Communication and Open Science, Delfim Leão.
The session ends with a performance by the AAC Fado Section, in tribute to Luiz Goes.
