Azrieli International Postdoctoral Fellowship in STEM, Humanities, and Social Sciences

Are you looking for Postdoctoral Fellowships focused on mobility in Israel? The Azrieli International Postdoctoral Fellows Program can be considered analogous to the MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships in this country. This Program funds post-doctoral and doctoral students that wish to develop their research at Israeli Academic Institutions in STEM, Humanities and Social Sciences.

The application is open to candidates who have received their PhD degrees after November 1, 2019, in all countries except Israel. PhD candidates may apply if they complete their dissertation defense successfully no later than June 1, 2023. All nationalities may apply, except for Israeli citizens and residents.

Please note that candidates are required to have an academic sponsor, who is a faculty member at an eligible Israeli academic institution.

The starting date of the Fellowship is October 2023. However, candidates are permitted to start their Fellowship as early as June 2023, and no later than March 2024.

Up to 24 Fellowships are offered per year, and the Fellowship is offered for two years.
