Objectives

• To reinforce the understanding of the relations between sex/gender and science/scientific knowledge;
• To raise awareness about the structural and organisational factors and mechanisms (re)producing gender inequalities in an academic context, namely in leadership and decision-making;
• To train for the identification and correction of biases (gender and others) that influence decision-making in academia;
• To strengthen skills for the implementation of gender-sensitive management strategies and tools.
