Ana Margarida Abrantes distinguished by Ciência Viva.

Ana Margarida Abrantes, professor at FMUC - Faculty of Medicine of the University of Coimbra and researcher at CIMAGO, is one of the 101 female scientists distinguished this year by Ciência Viva.

After the releases in 2016, 2019 and 2021, the book “Women in Science” brings together in 2023 over 101 portraits of researchers from different generations and areas of knowledge, captured by the lenses of photographers Alípio Padilha, Ana Brígida, Diana Tinoco and Rodrigo Cabrita.
