FEUC joins the Business Graduates Association

The Faculty of Economics of the University of Coimbra (FEUC) recently joined the Business Graduates Association (BGA). BGA is an international entity that provides added quality to Economics and Management schools and is focused on encouraging responsible management practices and lifelong learning, the impact of which is reflected on students, but also on the academic community in a sense broader and the economy more comprehensively.

In 1980, the BGA created the Association of MBAs (AMBA), recognizing at that time the importance of Master Business Administration (MBA) programs for Business Schools. Recently, the BGA was relaunched to increase its scope, bearing in mind the need to innovate in management education. The accreditation process of the MBA for Executives at FEUC with AMBA, which is currently under way, will clearly benefit from FEUC joining the BGA.

By joining the BGA, FEUC becomes part of a community that is committed to responding to societal challenges, preparing the leaders of the future. Thus, it will be easier to establish partnerships, have access to best practices and innovate, enhancing FEUC's impact in the area of management. In addition, BGA provides various resources and tools to students from associated entities, which will bring benefits to the entire FEUC community.

Joining the BGA is perfectly integrated into FEUC's strategy, which consists of strengthening the internationalization, partnerships with the community and the competitiveness of the courses in order to enhance the preparation of students to face the challenges of a changing world.
