Seminar given by Dennis Herhausen at FEUC



On the 17th and 18th of June, a Seminar given by Dennis Herhausen will take place at FEUC, with the theme “Managing the Customer Journey and Customer Experiences”.

 
This event is exclusive to MBA students for Executives and MBA and Masters in Marketing.

 

 
Dennis Herhausen is currently Associate Professor at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and has carried out research with international relevance, addressing issues related to digital communication, digital capabilities, and the management of social networks, among others.
His work has received national and international funding and is recognized by peers.
He has articles published in leading international journals, such as: Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, and Harvard Business Review.
Dennis Herhausen has received several awards (e.g., Journal of Retailing Outstanding Reviewer Award in 2021), is Associate Editor of the Journal of Business Research and Business Research Quarterly and member of the editorial team of the Journal of Retailing.
