On the 30th of November, at 3 pm, in Amphitheater 3.1, the Lecture “Central Asia and the 'New Great Game'” will take place. The guest speaker is Bernardo Fazendeiro, Professor at FEUC.
Bernardo Teles Fazendeiro is an assistant professor in International Relations at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Coimbra and a researcher at the Center for Social Studies at the University of Coimbra. He was a professor at the University of St. Andrews, from which he received his doctorate, and at the Central European University. His research interests encompass theories of international relations, armed conflict, and the post-Soviet world, with a particular focus on Central Asia.
