On the 20th of May, within the scope of the MBA for Executives at FEUC, a Workshop will be held with the theme Career Design, promoted by SHL Portugal.
Career Design Workshop, May 20th at FEUC (Keynes Room, 2:30 pm-6:00 pm)
A career has a multitude of paths, options that intersect with our personal experiences. It is important to be open to the opportunities that life brings us, but it is equally critical to plan and know how to be in the right place and at the right time when opportunities arise. Self-awareness brings important information to learn more about our style of behavior, preferences and relationships with others. The career design workshop, created for MBA professionals for Executives, addresses precisely self-awareness for a greater awareness of relationships with others, how to lead towards diversity, complementarity and managing conflicts. The workshop is dynamic, with sharing of participants' experiences as inputs for better self-management and career planning that integrates professional and personal experiences.
The Workshop will be promoted by Professor Susana Almeida Lopes. Currently Managing Partner of SHL Portugal, a consulting company in the area of technology and strategy for talent management.
She is a psychologist and holds a PhD in organizational psychology. Teaches Change Management at ISEG and coordinates the Post-Graduation in Strategic HR. She frequently organizes workshops on career management and mentors executives.
She was named by the Financial Times as one of the 10 most innovative people in Europe.
