HelpDesk

Requests for troubleshooting the FEUC computer park should be made whenever possible by email:

cifeuc@fe.uc.pt

IMPORTANT:
The user should "Reply" whenever he wants to exchange mails regarding the same problem with the HelpDesk team.

If the problem is related to the use of the email itself or the network, the contact can be by telephone or in person.

Some requests require the user to appear in person (for security reasons) at the HelpDesk service, such as requests to open accounts or change passwords.
