INDIJEN Project Legal indicators of environmental law effectiveness
During 2020, the proof of concept of the INDIJEN project was underway in Portugal.
The research area chosen was Nature Conservation Law and the Paul de Arzila was the study site.
After selecting the legislative framework of environmental protection in the area of study, a questionnaire will be elaborated based on the legal indicators of effectiveness previously defined, which will allow us to evaluate the effectiveness of the legal normativity applicable to the Paul.
The application of the questionnaire will be preceded by several test stages aimed at refining the criteria, indicators and ponderation.
