Public Law debated at Colégio da Trindade

The Congress Current Issues in Public Law: Comparative Analysis Brazil-Portugal (under the Protocol between the Attorney General's Office of the State of Rio de Janeiro and the Faculty) was held on 2 and 3 October 2023 at the Chapel of Colégio da Trindade.

During the day and a half event, topics related to the separation of powers for the 21st Century, fundamental freedoms and digitalisation, freedom of expression, social media and artificial intelligence, and appeals to the Constitutional Courts were addressed.
