Juridicity and morality under discussion at Colégio da Trindade

The II Luso-Brazilian Congress of Philosophy of Law - Juridicity and morality: rethinking the theses of separation and non-separation in a context of plurality and vulnerability – was held at Colégio da Trindade from 4 to 6 April 2024.
The event was jointly organised by the Díkaion Philosophy of Law Study Group (PPGD/UFC), the Eduardo Correia l Institute (IEDC) and the UCILeR - and aimed to revisit the discussion of the "separation" and "non-separation" theses associated with the juridicity/morality counterpoint.
