This colloquium/workshop is one of the constituent elements of the work proposed in the exploratory project "Migrations, human rights and citizenship". The event will consist of the presentation of papers by invited speakers and others proposed through response to a call for papers and respective debate on the proposed themes.

The Colloquium/Workshop "Migrations, human rights and citizenship" aims to analyse, discuss and propose solutions on the impact of migration in different contexts of citizenship, in today's complex and heterogeneous societies. It thus presents itself as one of the possible concretizations of measures to be implemented for the pursuit of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) proposed by the UN, discussing the meanings and contents of the notions of essential conditions for coexistence and sustainable livelihood, specifically with a view to the implementation of goal 16 - peace, justice and strong institutions.
