The master's programme in Public-Private Administration provides specialized technical-scientific training to students and professionals willing to deepen their skills in the Public Administration area in keeping with the new organizational and management postulates of national and international administrative institutions. In keeping with the interdisciplinarity provided for the third cycle of studies, the programme lays special emphasis in the area of law, insofar as researchers and professionals in the sector lack specific training for them to fully comply with the subordination of Administration (regardless of its form and scope) to legality.
Persons who hold one of the following prerequisites are eligible to enroll in the Master's programme:
a) a Licentiate Degree in Law or legal equivalent;
b) a foreign higher education degree attestting their successful completion of a 1st cycle of studies in Law designed by a Bologna Process abiding State;
c) a foreign higher education degree in Law demonstrably complying with the objectives of the Licentiate Programme;
d) an academic, scientific or professional profile recognized by the Scientific Board as attesting to their capacity to carry out this cycle of studies;
