Prof. Ana Rita Alfaiate, UCILeR researcher and UC/FL Invited Assistant, contrubutes, as expert from Portugal, in the study “The legislative frameworks for victims of gender-based violence (including children) in the 27 Member State”.
This study provides an overview of legislative frameworks for victims (including children) of gender-based violence in the 27 Member States. It examines the measures in place at Member State and EU level and provides recommendations for preventing and combating gender-based violence.
