As part of the Master's Degree in Teaching Physics and Chemistry, a lecture/training session will be held on Thursday, February 29th, between 9am and 1pm, as part of the Curricular Unit: Teaching Physics II. The session will take place in the DF, room E2.
It will have four key points that take into account the students' professional future:
- Why train attention?
- Managing the challenges of attention with mindfulness
- Recognizing and normalizing the emotional process
- SOS strategies for managing strong emotions
