INOVAÇÃO@UC 2023 registration now open
The University of Coimbra, through the General Council's Innovation, Service and Community Relations Committee, is organizing the third edition of INOVAÇÃO@UC, which will take place on December 5 at the Convento de São Francisco in Coimbra. The event has the High Patronage of His Excellency the President of the Republic and the support of Coimbra City Council, Santander Portugal Foundation and Altice Labs.
This event aims to put INNOVATION at the heart of the University of Coimbra's activity, serving as a motto for publicizing, strengthening and building multidisciplinary and dynamic partnerships and collaborations inside and outside the city, with a view to Knowledge and the Development of Society.
Through short and dynamic presentations, participants will have the opportunity to get to know numerous projects from the most varied areas of knowledge linked to the University of Coimbra and to external companies and institutions, allowing them to have a broad view of the University as an institution focused on Teaching, Research and Innovation, and the respective strengths and potential arising from the partnerships already created and also available to companies, educational institutions and society in general.
The event will be attended by the Minister for Science, Technology and Higher Education, Elvira Fortunato, among other renowned speakers.
The J. Norberto Pires Innovation Award Ceremony will also be held during the event.
