Manuel Antunes da Silva, graduated in Geology from the Department of Earth Sciences at UC, is the first certified Portuguese Water Sommelier, a recognition awarded by the Doemens Academy, in Germany. The expert in the art of tasting water expanded his skills as a specialist in natural mineral waters.
