Applications for the PhD course in Geology

The PhD in Geology at the Department of Earth Sciences at the University of Coimbra aims to train highly specialized geologists, capable of facing three of the current challenges:

1. Sustainability and resource management;

2. Mitigation of risks related to geological processes (including geotechnical risks);

3. Public perception of "Geosciences" and "Citizen Science".
