Monitorization of users' satisfaction in Primary Health Care of ARS Centro (2021/2022)
Aims
The purpose of this study is to assess the satisfaction of users of the functional units of the Personalized Health Care Units (UCSP) and Family Health Units (USF) in the Central Region with the health services and care provided there.
It includes the assessment of the quality of the functional unit from the users' perspective and how they feel when were treated by the professionals.
