Teachers need to acquire digital skills that allow them to use digital technologies effectively. In the project “Avaliação das competências digitais dos docentes portugueses”, from CEIS20 - Univ. de Coimbra, based on the results achieved, strategies were defined to be implemented in the sense of continuous training adequate to overcome the difficulties encountered, helping teachers to promote the aforementioned competences, complementing existing pedagogies and methodologies with new strategies focused on projects, research or adaptive learning methods.
In this sense, the UC’s E@D Unit hosts the 3 training workshops prepared within the scope of this project, with a view to filling the weaknesses and need for training in terms of digital assessment, training students in the use of digital and teaching and learning strategies in digital environments.
These Training Workshops were accredited by the CCPFCP, each lasting 25 hours, focusing on the development of skills in terms of the use of digital technologies to differentiate and personalize digital environments through diversified and innovative resources.
