The call for papers is open for the seminar series "Paths of Historiography: History and Social Sciences from the 1940s to the Present." This initiative aims to develop and deepen knowledge about the orientations and practices adopted by History and other Social and Human Sciences in Portugal since the 1940s, particularly by engaging young researchers.

Organized by Research Centers from across the country, including CEIS20, in collaboration with the 50th Anniversary Commemorative Commission of the 25th of April, the cycle will run from October 2023 to April 2024. Seven seminars are planned, with monthly frequency and free access, two of which are coordinated by CEIS20 researchers. Selected communications will be compiled into a book.

Luis Trindade and João Paulo Avelãs Nunes respectively coordinate the seminars: "History in the Public Sphere. The World of Publishing and Mass Media; Museums and Exhibitions." and "Education Policies and History in Universities, Academies, and Private Institutions." Both have an open call until April 25.
