VIII Portuguese-Brazilian Colloquium on the History and Cultures of Food

“Sweet potato or potato? Names and trajectories in Portugal before 1800” is the title of the paper which will be presented by the CEIS20 and ReSEED researchers Anabela Ramos, Leonardo Aboim Pires and Dulce Freire on 27 October at 09:30 in the session “C3 – Natural Tables II”. The colloquium, under the theme “From nature, lady of the table, to the table, lady of nature”, will take place from 26 to October at the Faculty of Arts of the University of Coimbra.
