The "Adult Education, Intergenerationality and Healthy Longevity" Conference, jointly organised by the Corvo e Pinho Association, Aposénior Tentúgal and the Master's Programme in Adult Education and Training and Community Intervention at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Coimbra, aims to reaffirm the importance of lifelong education from the perspective of intergenerationality and active and healthy ageing, valuing the experiential knowledge of rural populations and at the same time combining it with scientific knowledge through interdisciplinary and ecological approaches. Priority is given to dialogue, testimonials and sharing of initiatives, projects and actions that improve people's quality of life and can become innovations that make a difference on the road to holistic, healthy and sustainable development.
