As part of Interdisciplinary Affinities, Group 7 - Digital Humanities is organising a lecture entitled "El fenómeno de las aplicaciones móviles y los catálogos de las bibliotecas" (The Phenomenon of Mobile Applications and Library Catalogues), to be given by Ariel Alejandro Rodríguez García on 6 June at 15.30 in the Faculty of Humanities, Room TP2.
Ariel Alejandro Rodríguez García | Biography
García is a full-time researcher at IIBI-UNAM (Mexico). He is the author of three books, coordinator of seven books, author of more than 20 book chapters and 15 articles. He is coordinator of the Metadata Research Seminar and coordinator of the International Metadata Congress. He is a Level 1 National Researcher in the National Researcher System of the Consejo Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología (National Science and Technology Council) of Mexico. He was guest lecturer in Argentina, Costa Rica, Brazil, Cuba, Panama, Spain and Mexico. He has participated as a speaker in more than 120 events.
