Research
The research conducted at CERES is framed by dynamic interactions between research groups (G1 to G3), which are aligned with the 4 Thematic Lines (TL1 to TL4). These TLs span across digital industry, renewable resources and energy, environment, biotechnology, and health, including multiple process scales, while nurturing collaborative research and innovation, with a holistic vision of sustainability. Although any team member from any group can carry out research within any of the thematic lines, the Figure below shows that G1 members investigate topics mainly related to TL2, TL3, and TL4; G2 explores subjects mainly linked with TL1 and TL3; while G3 researchers are mainly connected with TL2 and TL4.
